Every year we try to make Cashunt an experience rather than just "a game".  So this season we are taking a different approach to the game, by making the game much more interactive to the player.  So starting this spring we are applying instructional videos on the corner of each challenge page in our game booklets as one avenue.  This way the player can always get reintroduced to the challenge after the initial introductions via a game coordinator re explaining the challenge in a video. So with that said a player or players can have their questions answered right there.     The other avenue we are taking is making our website even more interactive to potential clients by once again adding video to specific game pages. What the visitor will see is an interactive and "clickable" video where a game coordinator will explain the game in a verbal and visual way. We have had a wild ride for the past 24 months with expansion cities and being approached by two Hollywood producers to bring Cashunt to Television which has been a fantastic experience and surreal. As we approach our new season in 4 months we will be announcing two new cities for our 15th season.  At that point we will be taking an intelligent break from new expansion and concentrate with the great cities that we currently have in our library.     When I was started out with this crazy idea that we call "Cashunt", I really tried to seek out as much research as I could about "games".    I was really influenced and inspired by cultural aspects of art..film, music, comics, classic games, noir, and theater and put them all together into one product. But sometimes that wasn't enough..so I seeked out a little guidance to make sure I was pointed to the right direction.         So I seeked out people that inspired me in the past, that I would call unbiased and that I call my friends / mentors today. People like Patricia Manning my old marketing/advertising professor, Philip Sabratta my theater professor, and Angela Peri.  Each one different from the other but each one being upfront and honest about the creative direction I was taking.  These lessons they gave me hold true today and will continue to do so..       With that said if you are looking to make a "change" in yo...

So here we are already for the Fall, funny how the years go by so fast.  But Fall is always a fun and exciting time for us here at Cashunt!  First of which is this years version of The Haunted Dash taking place in Salem Ma this October for it's 13th season!  This year we have added a little bit more to the game to make it even more challenging..but yes the "rats" are still in the game ;).  The other thing that we are offering with The Haunted Dash only for the month of October is that if the whole group of players come to their game in costume we will give each and every player a discount of their ticket price! Happy New Year Everybody!!! We hope you all enjoyed this past holiday season with your family and friends! It's amazing how the years fly by and here we are in 2014 already! We are taking a 2 week hiatus and then we are back to work as we officially enter the 14th season of CASHUNT! It feels like yesterday where we produced our first game and here we are over a thousand games later..wow!   The first part of the agenda is to announce our new Cashunt City later this month..something we are very excited about and close to finalize.  This new city will definitely bring a multi-flavored experience to the Cashunt product..and the possibilities are endless. We were thinking of a second Cashunt City later in the year...but we might just want to go one city at a time every year.      Also this season as we will be introducing a new game book design (if you played Holiday Hijinks this past December you had a beta sneak peek ;)  )  It's no secret that we change t...

Season 14 Update    The best thing that makes our work exciting is giving the players something new.. and it always becomes a reinvention of the product at some scale every year.  So as we enter our upcoming 14th Season we are placing together something that I believe will be our best version yet!    Some of you that have played our games already know that we always have something "tucked" away in the pages of our game booklets that will lead to new challenges.  This gives the players the surprise element of these new secret challenges ..that could range from a singing competition to retrieving additional hidden items around the city.  So the game books NEVER become predictable even to those "veterans" that have played our games several times before.  So as the saying goes expect the unexpected!    With that said we are making the games even more interactive where technology will play an essential part of the Cashunt game experie...

As we are slowly closing the book to our 13th chapter of our game we are already preparing for our 14th Season of our games. One of the biggest changes is with our "Mad Dash" series in Boston, Back Bay, and Salem. As of next season all general games in Boston, Back Bay and Salem will be still called with the Mad Dash label following them.  But all corporate related games will now be part of the new "Hustle" series..ie: (The Boston Hustle, The Backbay Hustle, and The Salem Hustle) The difference between the Dashes and the Hustles will be huge! The Mad Dash series game will give players the more general foundation of the game with a surprise here and there during their 2hr experience. The Hustle series for corporate events/games will add many more secrets / cryptic challenges that will give players and more diverse and competitive experience of the game. Them Hustle series will be available starting Jan 10th just in time for Season 14!

  Our specialty seasonal games are always popular but our annual St Patty's Dashunt is always up there when it comes to this unique game in and around the St Patrick's holiday in Boston!  The St. Patty's Dashunt is a game that has the foundation of a cashunt game and is built upon a Boston St Patrick Theme!      Now in our 13th Season this game is only offered during the dates of March 1st right to March 17th ( March 17th is already SOLD OUT)..we have talked about this being a regular season game..but I personally think it's best played in and around the  March holiday.  The game is great for people that want to have some..fun, laughs, and love a little competition.  This game is not at all a "pub crawl" but just a fun alternative city game..which is what all the cashunt games are all about!  You can save the alcohol for after the game ;) If you want more information about this game feel free and speak to a game coo...
