A social experiment that subconsciously always works

The one cool present that life gives you is the occasional unexpected surprises. With that being said being a game producer for Cashunt for these past 15 years is no exception. I meet all different people from all over, and the one thing that has truly been a blessing is getting to know these people for a short or even a long amount of time.  But what has truly occered to me after all these years is that we just don't produce a game but in essence a social experiment.
At the end of the day all our games are for private experiences for  groups, schools, and corp clients. The interesting fact to many of these outings is that a lot of these people really don't know each other.  Think about it... you might have been a classmate to your peers for the past 4 years and have not one iota about each other, or work for a corporation / office for 10 years and no know the people on your floor....Really...Why?!?  The sad reality is that, that is very true in today's society..the general population has become fixated into starring at a glowing phone or tablets than picking our heads up an interacting with the person next to us.  It's like a bad science fiction where the public are wired to technology...we are all guilty of it..but it's a bad path.
With that said I see more and more clients making the suggestion if they can go ahead and form the teams to their event experience..and we encourage it every single time...even recommend it. This is simply done by placing individuals into teams with people that they normally do not interact with. By doing this they have to bond as a team and work together and unknowingly they are subliminally forming relationships.. Go figure.. As you can imagine I have witnessed many conclusions to these games and the results have always remained positive.
I noticed they come off communicating more at the end, talking about their experiences and the stories they just created.  Hen you see that the mission is accomplished and they as players don't see it, but in essence they created new friendships.  The power of interaction is an important one because it becomes universal and at times elimatmes the "the cliques" in the environment. Bottom line: It doesn't take a lot to communicate but when you do...new roads are paved..
